Hello,
we have a Cisco Unity Express version 8.6 that for 2 days (now is working) stopped to receive messages. I cannot connect to him via CLI, actually the web interface is the only one available.
how can I understand what could have happened in those two days? Thank You.
Normally I connect to the Unity via CLI by typing on the voice gateway "service-module ism 0/0 session" but today isn't working.
