Hello Cisco Supporters,
Currently i am doing a R&D on Cisco Webex calling. I have a Cisco CUCM in premise , need to migrate into Webex cloud . Here are my few clarification and findings.
1.Create WebEx Cloud admin Account.
2.Add domain Claim and Verify.
3.Active directory integration for users
4. Add Devices and licenses. associate users and extensions.
My Doubts and Clarification.
1. How can phone gets MPP firmware. In default phone have CUCM firmware.
2. How can i integrate WebEx calling with Local gateway that is 8200 Router. PRI terminating in Router. Any configuration examples and documents available.
3. A sip line from new service provide ? How can i Configure this.
4. Teams integration with Webex calling.

3) This is the CUBE "book" you should know. If you need configuration examples, then look up old posts in the forum. There are many many discussion on how to configure a SIP trunk to the provider.

Apart from what @b.winter wrote there are three different types of PSTN connections that you can use in Webex calling, Cisco PSTN, Cloud connected calling and Local gateway. Only for the last you’ll need to know how to configure the connection to the service provider. Also Webex is not spelled with a capital E since many years.
