Hi All
I have a query
In My Cluster, Cisco XCP Text Conference Manager is activated but not running.
I started it manually but no luck.
Checked the External database thing too and it looks fine.
Could anyone please help me how to troubleshoot it and how to make this service UP and Running ?

Hi,
Please make sure you have Persistent Chat feature and IMPS compatible external database server configured correctly. What version of IMPS and database you are using?

Have you already reviewed the logs/traces from the service?

What service should I specifically look for while taking the logs ? Because I could not find anything when took logs for XCP Router and XCP Text Conference Manager Service.
