I have a need to set up unity voice mail so that I can roll users over to a voice mailbox extension 29XXX. I don't want to set up hundreds of CTI routepoints on my Callmanager box. Is there a way that I can have the Callmanager forward all 29xxx calls to unity for handling? Without setting up all those routepoints?????<br><br>Thanks<br><br>

Sounds more like a CallManager question than a Unity question. You could try this forum http://www.cisco.com/go/netpro/
Other than that, any CallManager experts out there that can lend a hand?

You can configure a Translation Pattern in the CallManager.
1) Route Plan -> Translation Pattern
2) In "Translation Pattern" enter "29xxx"
3) In "Called Party Transform Mask" enter the Unity Pilot number
