I'm working a semi-demo/lab system and I installed 4.0(1) off the CDs. Added 6 phones, setup VM, installed BAT, etc. Ran great for a week.
Upgraded to 4.0(2a)... it took a long time to upgrade (almost 2.5 hours, the sub only took 40 mintues) and now I notice that I can no longer get to Servicablitity, the CDR service refuses to start and the EV log states I'm missing a bunch of CiscoWeb files/folders (these files do exist on the Sub). I managed to copy them from the sub to the pub and Serviceability works, but I cannot install BAT and it states that there is something wrong with some runtime engine?.
The system is otherwise fine. How can I repair this? Is my only choice to do a backup and rebuild?
