We have placed our order for the CM 4.0 upgrade and was told that the ship date for 4.0 was January 28th. Has anyone received their upgrade disk yet? If not, does anyone know of a real date?

Funny... the TAC told me that 4.0 wouldn't be available until mid to late March. I haven't even placed my order yet.

January 28th is the FCS date, the First Customer Ship date. That's when they start shipping orders for this product, not necessarily when yours will go out.
Be aware that CallManager 4.0(1) is considered to be on "new product hold", and as such, your order won't ship at all until your local Cisco account manager or sales engineer assists you with the process of taking it off hold. CallManager 4 is a very new product with a lot of new features, and Cisco is making sure that customers understand exactly what they're getting before they release an order to ship.
