CM re-routing calls

Is it possible for re-route calls from PSTN to a location within the on-net network?

For eg:

1. Calls come in from PSTN

2. CM answers the call & issues a dialtone

3. Calling party presses the extension number within the on-net network of the CM cluster/trunks.

Further to that, can this work with or without using CRS/AutoAttendant function?

I guess you could use H.323 GW and do not place "Direct-inward0-dial" on the incoming pots dial-peer, this way you'll get another dialtone and will need to enter the DN.
