We are currently using our two phone systems in parallel, one is an old Panasonic DBS key system, the other is the Callmanager Express.
Is it possible for me to allow users on the CME system to transfer incoming calls to the DID of a user on the other phone system? Right now internal transfers between CME users are working fine, but when we try to transfer to an external number, we get a fast busy and a failed call. Is there a way to enable this feature?
thanks,
Chris

You can put transfer-pattern .T or transfer-pattern 3... which allows transfer to any number in the 3xxx range. (.T will allow to any number)

Thanks for the reply. So, to disallow long-distance transfers but allow local, I could for example do this, correct?
transfer-pattern 9[2-9]......
Where is this applied, is it at the ephone-dn or the global telephony-config?
Thanks,
Chris
