cme gui issue

I have cme 3.2 running on 3845. Everytime I make a change to an extension call forward setting I get this error. Please see attachment.

Which version of IOS are you running?

Which version of the GUI have you got installed? Usually problems like this are when the GUI is mismatched - I'd try installing it in accordance with this page:

From the screen capture of my gui version it seems to be correct version. Any more ideas?
