We're having an issue with our corporate directory feature after upgrading to SCCP41.8-3-2. We jumped several versions of firmware so this may have happened earlier.
After a user searches and dials from the corporate directory and ends the call, the display focus remains on the search results page and does not return the user to the main telephone display.
This is becoming very frustrating... Any advise on how to resolve this issue?

Symptom:
In the Corporate Directory, after selecting Dial for one of the Contacts, and
finishing the call, the Corporate Directory with the contact info screen
stays on the phone. In previous version of phone load the behaviour was
different, after Dialling the contact the idle phone screen was returned.
Conditions:
CCM version 4.1(3)sr4d
cmterm-7941_7961-sccp.8-3-2
Workaround:
Selecting Cancel softkey to return to idle phone screen

I have the same problem but on a very new version.
CUCM 8.5.1.14900-5 and the ip phone firmware is SCCP41.9-2-3S
Any ideas? Is it a service or enterprise parameter issue?
