When we did corporate directory searching from the ip phone, we have LAST NAME, FIRST NAME and NUMBER. Do you know where this information stored at? Which file I should look at in CCM? Thank you.

if you are using LDAP, look at files in c:\dcdsrvr\.

C:\dcdsrvr\run\dcx500\config\Backup\avvid_users.txt

I have searched for this file, but can't find it. WE are using CCMv4.1(3) and running the embedded directory in CCM. Thank you

Hi Tom, what exactly are you trying to do? I might be able to better help.

There are a couple of options. First one:

You can use the following web page (use only the relevant parts) to save the information to a file and look at the file:

The easiest way for you to get this data is to go to start>run>cmd. Go to C:\dcdsrvr\bin\ and type

avvid_save. This will save your DC Directory data to

C:\dcdsrvr\run\dcx500\config\Backup\avvid_users.txt.

The other thing you can do is to go to start -> programs -> DC directory administration -> simple login -> username Directory Manager. Then, once you get in, you will be able to see all the users.
