May I know how can I delete /tmp/upgradeStatus.ser from UCM 12.5?

Unfortunately, I can't delete /tmp/upgradeStatus.ser based on the info from this page.

Based on the workaround in the bug:
Workaround:
1) Delete the /tmp/upgradeState.ser file with the help of TAC team.
2) Cancel the upgrade
3) Reboot the node.
4) Proceed with the upgrade.
It sounds like you need to get TAC engaged to delete the file via ROOT access.
