CTI RP CallManager 4.0

The CTI RP remains unregistered even though I have set up the JTAPI trigger and application in IPCC. What could I be missing here? Every time I dial the extension it goes to fast busy.

You should not need to do this, but since the RP is not registering restart the CRA Engine and see if it helps. If you still have problems, restart CTI Manager service on CallManager.

Have you made sure that the CTI routepoint extension and the CTI ports are all registered devices under your jtapi user? It will also need CTI applications enabled. I believe you will also need the rmuser enabled and associated with these devices as well, but I'm not certain. The step by step instructions included in the configuration document go through these very well. The jtapi and rmuser will need to be configured in the CRS server as well.

I say this all because I've been bitten by these before, 90% of the time I got fast busy was because these were not correctly set up.
