CUCM BACK UP Query

Folks

CUCM (v 5.1.3) - was trying to shcedule the backup through DR page. but when i went to the page which is suppose to

have features ythat i want to do back up , it shows only CCM. anyways i choose only that i can see the log files for

various features like MOH,TFTP etc.

can;t i take back up feature wise ?

if you can point me to to some cisco docs it would be helpful .

Excellent question!

Disaster Recovery System can back up and restore the features and components that are shown below. For each **Feature that you choose, the system backs up all of its components automatically.

**Feature = CCM-Cisco Unified Communications Manager

Cisco Unified Communications Manager database (CMDB)

Platform

Serviceability

Music On Hold (MOH)

Cisco Emergency Responder (CER)

Bulk Tool (BAT)

Preference

Phone device files (TFTP)

syslogagt (SNMP syslog agent)

cdpagent (SNMP cdp agent)

tct (trace collection tool)

or

**Feature = CDR_CAR

Call Detail Records (CDR)

CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR)

So when you choose CCM the system automatically backs up all the components listed (MOH,TFTP etc)
