CUCM Ethernet Addressed Changing Effect on CUCM Licences

Hi All,

I am working on CUCM 9X which is installed as Vm on my server.

I had all the licences on my CUCM, but i had to change the IP Address of the CUCM which in turn changed the MAC-Address of my virtual machine.

Now i don't have licences.

Kindly help me how can i get the new or retrieve the old licences

Hi Khan,

there won't be any impact on licensing .ELM has nothing to do with change of license MAC -address/IP address.You need to create to new Product Instance to point to this new IP address.

what is the issue u are facing?
