Hi,
I think I made a mistake when trying to license the CUE NM. I used the router SN instead of the CUE NM Serial number.
I have tried to relicense it using the CUE NM Serial number but still getting the same error.
Am I still using the wrong Number? Can someone tell me exactly which PID and SN I am to use to register Unity Express for a NME-CUE?
This is the error I am getting.

Hi there,
Can you try these notes
On the router that is running the features that you want to migrate, enter the show inventory command to see the corresponding product IDs and serial numbers.
Step 3 Enter the appropriate product ID and the serial number and click Continue.
The product ID is the type of Network Module that you are using, such as AIM-CUE.

Hi Rob,
Thanks for getting back to me. After a little more research on the net I found out what you have stated in your post. My PID should have been NME-CUE.
I now have the issue resolved but thanks for your feedback.
This is the 1st time I have used the licensing process and now I know how it works but for the 1st time user it does not seem that straight forward as there is a PID listed on the tag you get on whatever hardware you are using which only leads to confusion.
THanks again.
