Debug ISDN Q931 Command

I have a Cisco Media Module (CCM) gateway in a Cat6500 running 12.3(8)XY5. I'm trying to use the command "debug isdn q931" command but don't get any output when I make a call. I have one six port T1 module installed in the CMM card and I'm using ports 1/0:23, 1/1:23; 1/2:23 and 1:3:23.

I inputed the command as follows:

debug isdn q931

term monitor

Then when I make a call on that gateway I get no results.

I also tried this syntax:

debug isdn q931 interface serial1/2:23

term monitor

but I get no output when I make some test calls. What am I doing wrong?

Can you try "logging console informational" and see if that helps. Do you have any logging turned on pointing to a syslog server ?

I tried the "logging console informational" but that didn't help. We don't have logging turned on. Any further ideas that might help?

I also have a VG200 with a T1 and the command debug ISDN q931 works just fine there, just can't figure out why it won't work on the Cisco Media Modula.
