Default setting for subscriber to subscriber message forwarding

Unity 3.1.3. Currently, when a subscriber wishes to forward a received message to another subscriber, they must select ## to switch the selection criteria to extensions from subscriber name. Is it possible to set the default to extension selection and use ## to switch to subscriber name? If so, how do we do it?

You can set this on a per user basis on the "conversation" page for the subscriber in the SA interface. The "Sending Messages" section lets you choose between spelling a users name by first/last or last/first or by extension when addressing/forwarding messages.

You can change this in bulk for everyone using BulkEdit if you need to.
