If you disable identified subscriber messaging system-wide, what will be displayed in the subject line for that voice mail. I'm trying to eliminate the Message from unidentified caller in the subject line of a voice mail.

If a message is not from a known subscriber the subject line will indicate that a message is from an unidentified caller and will including the calling number there if it's provided by the switch integration. If you turn off ISM then all messages (other than those sent by subscribers who sign into their mailbox and specifically address folks messages) will be listed as unidentified.
Turning off ISM seems to be not what you want to do here...
in the case of unidentified callers, what would you want in the subject line?

The customer is requesting that the subject line display "Voice Mail" instead of "Unidentified caller" Thanks.
