Domain error code when inserting VG350 gateway and fxs ports in CUCM 11.5 using BAT

Hi Guys,

           I am trying to add 72 ports using MGCP into CUCM 11.5 using BAT. I am coming up with the following error:-

      a Domain error code  under code error description. Lang.index out of bounds exception index:0 Size:0

domain name ( number1) 2004 Entity: Gateway is blank.

I assume you have a VG350 BAT Template you're importing against, yes?

Then you need to configure the very first port, before CUCM will let you BAT in the VG350.  If you have multiple cards of 72 ports, then configure the first port on each card.  This is in the template, and so you'll need a line template on the port, just like you'd have on a BAT Phone Template.
