downgrade from CCM 4.1 to CCM 3.3(4)

Hi,

Anyone knows if it's possible to downgrade a call manager from version 4.1 to 3.3.4 ?

Any advice? Document?

Downgrades are not supported, that is why you will not find a document on this. If you want to go back to 3.3.4, you will need 3.3.4 CD's and a backup of the 3.3.4 system. Unfortunately, you will only have the data from the date of that backup.
