Hi there,
Need to connect two Panasonic PBXs using two 1760s with VWIC-1MFT-E1 cards, as transparently as possible (20 channels only).
Anyone can pointout any relevant documentation or tips ?

Hi,
Cisco offers an "Interoperability Portal" but Panasonic is not listed yet.

You'll have to try generic H323 or Qsiq interconnexion

Hi,
If you are wanting to do this, Q.931 or QSIG is the way to go, but the Panasonic may not support some of the features of Q.931 or QSIG. The most transparent way of doing this is TCCS and nailing up the d channel over the WAN, and using VAD on the bchannels to keep bandwidth down. Downside is that the d channel uses 80k all the time. Upside is that it's completely transparent and the PBX's look like the E1's are directly connected.
