Hi My name is Ramon,
I have some problems with a error message that appers in the IP Phone´s display. The message is : TEMP FAIL.
This message appers some times sporadically in this moment the call conversation get lost.
I have cluster (3 MCS) CCM 3.3.4 sr 1
If someone know how to solve this problem, please let me know!

Seen this message before. It shows up when you are in an active call and the due to some strange network connectivity problems, there is no active traffic between the phones. Both phones would be sending traffic, but they will not receive traffic.
In my case, the phone still had connectivity to the Callmanager. Does your phones reset after the user hangs up ??
I would start with checking the network for any intermittent connectivity issues.

hi, Tks by your answer.
My phones doesn´t reset after the error message. only lost the configuration for a few seconds.
I will check the network wire of these ip phones to discart the physical problem

Hi Ramon,
verify CCM Eventlog and look for "Device unregisterd" and "Transient connection attempts" errors from involved Devices. Verify the Reason Code in this Event.
