Error while deploying expressway 8_10 or 11 on esxi 6.5

I am facing a problem while deploying expressway 8_10 or 11 on esxi 6.5 get this error

I changed the browser but the same error although other OVA'S deployed successfully

The version is : 6.5.0 Update 1 (Build 5969303)

I found a discussion that said the problem with esxi version but can't understand how to update it

Problem solved

it is a bug in esxi 6.5 you must update it

I checked and found this to be ESXI (VMware) defect:

Upgrade of the ESXi to later versions should solve this issue. Could you please try and upgrade your ESXi embedded host to the latest version, and then try again to deploy the Expressway .OVA?
