Receiving error[6] when attempting to login to EM. Check the traces and receive the following error: %EMApp-EMAPPSERVLET-7-UNK:Error from EM Service[6]:DB Request Error: Couldn't submit login request to DBL: CDBLException Dump: [Cannot insert device with invalid phone template]
In the user device profile, I only have an option for template for a 7960 phone.
I need to know how to add a template for 7970 phone in the user device profile area. Can anyone help me??
