Fax detection with IPCC 5.0 Blended Agent

Hello,

We have an IPCC 5.0 installed and working fine. We have also the dialer and it works fine in preview mode. The problem we have is that it does not detect faxes, the dialer reports all connected calls as voice (using dialogictest softphone to make a call to a fax).

Has anybody configured Blended Agent for fax detection?

Any ideas?

To detect FAX machines with T1, answering machine detection must be enabled and the dialer registry entry UseQuickAnsDet should be set to 0.
