Fax sending issues

We have user trying to send the fax message using right fax software, calls are hitting on CUBEs but fax not delivering to the recipient. Following are the numbers that we can check it in the logs as well

8044184916,
8048236957

logs shows this message : Try with the demoted called number 818048236956

we have collected the logs using

debug voice ccapi inout.

Kindly also let me know which debug command will give clear message for SIP calls.

I can see Not Acceptable Media on the logs.

Have  you configured  below under voice service voip. if not try the below.

fax protocol t38 fallback pass-through g711alaw or g711ulaw

 instead of  fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback

May I know the reason why this command setup previously, I want to reason and give an explanation for the necessary and need to convince the management that there is no issues of changing the command.

Current command : fax protocol t38 version 0 ls-redundancy 0 hs-redundancy 0 fallback -why it has done it as it is

Newly recommended as per your suggestion : fax protocol t38 fallback pass-through g711alaw or g711ulaw

We have captured the pcapng graph analysis and logs again. kindly check these and let us know if we change the previous command it will resolve an issues.

Please note that it is not working for some specific number not all the number.
