I would to know in wich field can we find the Call-Pick UP Group ?

It is kinda hard. Because a callpickup number is a dn as well. So in the numplan table you have dnorpattern and you also have ikNumPlan_CallPickUpGroup. If there is something in this column it says that dn is using call pickup and the attribute represents the pkid of the column in numplan that is that dnorpattern.

in the call manager administration screen go to Feature>call pickup create a number (one that is not being used) then go to device>phone select the phone and click on line down the bottom of the page is a drop down box where you select what pickup group you want that number to be in.
