Hi,
I need to pick up a device's IP address when i get a call from an extension. The IP address doesnt seem to be exposed via AXL. Where/how can I pick it up?

If you are using jtapi to monitor calls, you can get devicename from jtapi, in which case you wouldn't need AXL (skips a step).

There is a devicelistX report available that allows you to link ip addresses to device lists for xml-capable phones.
Not sure if that solves your particular problem. Information on the devicelistx report is available from the IP Phone programming guide or the SDK.

Thanks. That would take me from device name to IP address. Axl should be able to get me from line to device name.
