I need to setup an internal number to forward to an external number. But the external number must not be displayed. I have tryed CTI route points, and a translation pattern with no luck. Any ideas?

Have you tried using Unity? Perhaps a call handler which transfers off-net. Not sure if the destination would show.

If you are running CCM 4.0, make sure your Forwarding Call Information Display on the line does not have redirect number checked.
