Historical Reporting IPCC Express 3.1(2)

Hi. I already have HR working as desire and I would like to print the reports (i.e graphics in color) but everytime I print the reports the graphics appears black and white.. Using the same workstation I can print in color from any other application but not from the Historical Reporting Application...

Am I missing something??

Hi Jose,

Export the report to PDF (or any other supported file format) and print from there.

The problem with printing the IPCC Historical reports in color will occur when the user prints directly from the CRA Historical Report Client Viewer. This is due to a compatibility issue

with the third party printing driver from Crystal Decisions and the run-time dlls we use to build

the client viewer.
