some time is usefull put in "zero" the counters how can i do that?

The only way to clear those stats is either
Reload the router
Or
copy the dial-peer to clipboard, delete the dial-peer and reconfigure the dial-peer.
The stats update for each call and the Last Disconnect Cause is always most recent call's disconnect. No other way that I believe you can clear them.
