How can I foward all secondary lines along with primary?

I have some users that are accustomed to the Siemans and Nortel platforms where forwarding the primary number automatically forwards all secondary lines. They desire similar functionality in their new CCM environment. Is there an easy way to do this in CallManager?

I've had trouble with this too. I had to go into the ccmuser interface and forward each line individually.
