how to add pause in a "abbrDial" number ?

What I'm looking for is to add a number is the "abbrdial". The number is "555-1212 ext: 123", so in the abbrdial I add 9555-1212, but I don't know how the tell to CCM to dial the ext123. On my old PBX, I had the a "Pause" feature (95551212PPP123), there is any workaround to do that on CCM 4.1 ?

That's doens't work the only character acceptep is 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 # *

You cannot do this. An enhancement bug has been filed - CSCec41905. I dont expect this to be fixed until 5.x
