Hi
Can somebody show me, how to configure 7916 expansion module, it's the first time I worked with and i have just a blue screen when I connect it to 7965.

Rob,
we are having this same issue. but we are using CME. do you have instructions on setting up the 7916 on CME? Currently, all lights come on but it sits there at the initial cisco screen.

*Edit* Disregard, firmware update in the 7975 resolved.

Hi Rob,
I have done this and the phone, a 7965, does not see the extra lines. The phone is in a remote location and I have confirmed the sidecars are powered on.
Is there something else I need to do. We have 2x12 7916's.

if your issue is blue screen then no need to worry about it. blue is just a screen colour!. just add customize 16/32 button line template and it should work

hey i am also getting blue screen on 7916 with 7965 phone on CUCM 7.X...how did you manage to fix it???
i am running latest firmware 1.0.3
any help would be greatly appreciated
