On Cisco Unity Connection Administration version 10.5.2.13900-12 I need to disable MWI on many users/mailboxes. I was hoping to use BAT Updates to make this change.
I did an export to get the template, but the MWI enable/disable is not one of the fields exported.
So now I am wondering if it is even possible to do a BAT update of this field?
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi George,
Rather than BAT, I believe you could use "Bulk Edit" mode or "Bulk Edit with .csv" instead;

Thanks Rob, appreciate he answer. I talked to my Engineer and he decided that we should create a new template just for the boxes that we don't wan to have MWI on so that we can keep track of them.

Hi George,
You are most welcome my friend!
Just a reminder that changes at the Template level are not retroactive so they will not change existing mailboxes only newly created mailboxes.
I did find an old post of mine where we did what you are looking to do via Bulk Edit just in case you do need to go that route;
