I am unable to access the webpage of the cisco phone 7960. i need to check the logs of the phone for debugging. can some one please guide. Thank you.

The the web server on. The dropdown is in the Model Specific Config section of the Device Config page on CUCM.
PS- That model is ancient and should not be used in production at this point.

Are you using CUCM or CUCM Express? What version? (These can help us tell you how to enable the web page.)
