ICD services stopping

Hi All,

We have an ICD server V2.2(4) which has had issues lately with various services internal to the software stopping at random but frequent intervals.

I have set all the Win2K services to restart automatically, but the problem is the services that you control via the Application manager interface.

Can anyone please advise what the best way to begin troubleshooting this sort of issue might be? The ICD server is also a CCM version 3.2(2c) SPF, If that helps.

Hello,

I have noticed this in some cases where there is a script written in the ivr with missing end or in general there is not something wrong with the script .Please make sure all the scripts that are uploaded are proper and try to see if it fixest he issue.
