Logger is setup and running

Router is setup and running

PG1A for CM is setup and when it runs gives the error:

PG1A opc WINDOW:

17:59:31 pg1A-opc Error acknowledgment received from Peripheral 5000 Message Type = 12 Peripheral State = 2.

17:59:31 pg1A-opc Peripheral 5000 failed 2 startup request. Delaying startup for 60 seconds.

PG1A PIM1 WINDOW:

17:59:27 pg1A-pim1 Trace: JTAPIClient::ActivateClientLayer: Attempting to activate JTAPI Client Layer.

17:59:27 pg1A-pim1 Attempting to connect to JTAPIGW at IP address 10.10.8.101 port 40069.

17:59:28 pg1A-pim1 Peripheral 5000 sending OPC PIM_ERROR_ACK acknowledgment for command PIM_SET_ACTIVE_REQ (TransID=0).

In PG1A setup, IP address of CM has been defined with user 'jtapi' and passwd 'xxx'

In CM configuration, user 'jtapi' with passwd 'xxx' and PIN '123456' has been created in Global Directory. User has been associated with 2 IP Phone devices

JVM has been installed together with J2RE that comes with the ICM Installer CD and another version that is downloaded from the web (webstart)

Does anybody knows what else is missing for ICM to talk to CM?

You need to add the PGs in the Aw.

Make sure that Callmanager PG is programmed in the admin workstation .Also make sure that when you programming callmanager PG please add the Pgs in the same order they were installed so that you have the logical and pheripherial controller id.

Thanks,

Radhika.
