When I receive a incoming call, I can hear the caller, but the caller hears garble or static on the line. Caller calls back and gets a clear connection.
Anyone experience this?

Looks like you have a regualr POTS line.
Can you confirm if this is a PRI or not

No POTS line, my dids go out through a PRI, working with ATT and they say trunks are OK and span is good
