Hi,
I have a PRI line from PSTN , the number range is 9990000 - 9990029. Does that mean that i need to configure on the callmanager 2 digit directory numbers (or translation patterns ).If i configre a DN 10 and call 9990010 it works, but the callmanager won't let me configure something below that..like 00 or 01.Does it mean i will loose first 10 numbers?
Thanks in advance

What version of ccm are you using. Do you want to use 2 digit extensions or do you want to use more. If you want to use 2 digit extensions then you would just configure it as 00 or 01. If CCM is not allowing you to configure 00 what error are you getting?
Thank you,

It was 3.1(2c), after the upgrade to 3.1(3a) i finally can configre 00,01,02..etc.I would like to use 4 digit extensions though...Is configuring translation patterns the best thing to do?
thanks
