intermittent CDR insert errors

I intermittently get the following in the event log of the Publisher,the files get left in the BAD directory. when I go to the CDR directoery I see the files coming in and getting cleared, so most of the time the cdr insert is working( I see the data in the SQL database Calldetailrecord,

anybody have any ideas?

Recommended Action: Either bring server back online or reconfigure CDRs to be written to a different server..

I believe that you may be running into the bug: CSCdz79065

With CCM 3.3 this could be bug id CSCec25549 also, fixed in 3.3(3)es19 which 3.3(3)sr3 or higher should fix.

If this is 4.0x then could be bug id CSCeg39215 which is fixed in 4.0(2a) es 18 or higher. That is newer then 4.0(2a)SR1 so you will need to contact TAC to get that right now until a new SR comes out.
