Ip Phone reboots when a number is dialed from Corporate Directory

Hello,

I have a very strange issue with one of the installations.

In the last couple of days users complaining that sometimes when they search for a user in the corporate directory and press "dial", the phone reboots.It happens on random phones 5-6 times a day.

Any ideas?

Its looks very similar to DDTS CSCdz60350. I would suggest first upgrading the firmware of the couple or all of the phones to one of the latest on Voice downloads page on CCO 7.2(2). If the problem still presists then we may need to capture sniffer trace.
