How to ensure that on router voice packets from

IP phone 7960 are RTP and with COS=TOS=5.

The command 'sh ip RTP header-compression' does not

show any statistics then how will you ensure that

RTP packets are being compressed on the wan interface.

IP RTP header-compression has nothing to do with the COS or TOS settings in the packet.

If you are using frame-relay encapsulation then try running 'show frame ip rtp header' instead.
