Ip to Ip calls

I need a sugestion for that... i have a as5350 gw with 4 t1 ports, and i need receive a call directly from an ATA-186 and send it to another gateway by IP. i make a loop in two t1 ports configured as e&m-fgb but it doesn't work. How i must configure the t1 controllers and dial-peer?

when i configure the T1 as a Isdn-pri i get an error with debug isdn q921:

User TX -> SABMEp sapi=0 tei=0

User RX -> BAD FRAME (0x00017F)

I think this is because Isdn is user side by default in Cisco gw, then how i configure an Isdn pri t1 port as a network side?

i solve this problem configuring isdn protocol-emulate network in one serial interface.

But now the call don't go to second ATA, and debug isdn q931 say the call was normal clearing by TX. I don't know what happen?

Somebody can help me?

Now i can make calls and the loop is working fine, but the second ATA don't send me rimback, i hear a sound like a Fax machine and in debug q931 the call is normally connected. What can i do now? maybe de AS5350 is not dialing the E.164 number to ATA... but i don't know how fix that.
