One of our customer have a issue that some of the agents goes not ready without any reason (no calls or anything).
I have run the Jtapi updatetools but it didn't (JTAPI version 1.4(3.19)) solved the problem.

Hi,
The CTI Ports need to be in a CSS that can call the agent DN's. A MIVR trace with debug levels SS_TEL, SS_RM, SS_CM, & SS_RMCM would help to show why agent is being put in Not Ready state.

The CCS is ok about the tracelevel i have to go onsite at the customer because i do not have remote access at the moment. So if you have any more good proposial before i drive to the customer and set the tracelevel, it would help.
