IPCC Enterprise Dialer configuration for Blended Agent

Hello,

We are installing IPCC Enterprise with Blended Agent. We have followed the directions in the "Cisco ICM Software Blended Agent Setup and Configuration Guide" for IPCC v5.0.

We have the dialer configured and getting the XML files from the CallManager, but I think the softphones are not registered.

Does anybody know how to configure this? We tried dialogictest commands without success.

Any help will be welcome.

Thanks and regards,

Alfonso

I currently have a TAC case open to get a definitive answer on this but what I had to do was create a new device pool and only assign one CallManager to it. Then place the phones that will be used for the Blended Agent in that dev pool. During the dialogictest when the phones had two callmanagers assigned it would register back and forth between cm's. Try that and then post the output from your dialogictest.

The configuration right now is just with one callmanager.

The virtual softphones are not registered on the callmanager.

Result from dialogictest is:

C:\icm\bin>dialogictest softphone 4 CALLMANAGER 5000 0
