IPCC Express Agent cannot change the status.

We use IPCC Express Version 3.0(3a) with the Call Manager 3.3(3). We have 25 Agents. One agent cannot change the status from ready to not ready.

This error message appears:

The status cannot be changed.

Sure a reboot of the computer and phone will fix the problem. Normal this happens when Call Manager and Express become out of sysc.

If that does not fix it then open a TAC case.
