In IPCC Express Historical Reports. When viewing scheduled reports, the only reports seen are those the person logged on created.
Is there a way to view all scheduled reports. There is a local database that is password protected. I assume the entire schedule is in there, but it is not accessible as far as I know.
Thanks in advance,
Pat

Hi Pat,
Following URL describes the schedular feature of Historical Reports
Check if you have scheduled the historical reports correctly. Which version of CRS are you running currently?

Thanks Yogi.
This is IPCC Express 3.1.2.
I have a central computer that 3 departments share.
Supervisor1 logs onto the machine and schedules a report.
Supervisor2 logs on later and schedules a report.
Supervisor2 chooses to view the current schedule, he will only see his own report.
Administrator1 logs on to see what the total load on the machine is. Administrator1 can not see any items scheduled.
Thanks,
Pat.

Hi Pat,
Sorry for the delay in responding... had to check with other DEs on the same.
As per the design, user who is logged in can see only his schedules. In addition, since one user might not have privilege to view/run/schedule one report vs. another user who might have this privilege, the scheduled reports cannot be shared across users.

Yogi
