I got a IPCC express server with dual NIC card. The port 1 with IP address 23.152.131.24, while the port 2 with a private IP address 172.16.1.1. The hostname for this server is HKGIPT05. The port 2 NIC card is supposed to be used for silent monitoring and recording. When I connect the port 2 NIC card to network. I found that, the IPCC express server thinks itself as 172.16.1.1. When I ping HKGIPT05 from the IPCC express server, it resolves as 172.16.1.1. Moreover, those CTI ports register with 172.16.1.1.
May I ask a way to make the IPCC express server thinks itself as 23.152.131.24 when connecting with two NIC cards?
